• Development of ELISA assay
We offer ELISA assay development for diagnostics applications and in-process or immuno-monitoring controls. Used as a research tool, ELISA assays allow to assess the specificity and the affinity of the antibodies developed.

• Development of BIACORE assay
We propose integrated BIACORE services including development of methods, samples testing and analysis of results. We routinely use BIACORE technology to evaluate antigen-antibody interactions and perform Kd determination for selection of antibody lead candidates.

• Development of seroneutralizing test
The platform also proposes to develop cell based assays aiming at identifying the neutralizing potential of the antibodies developed. PX’Therapeutics has access to P3/P4 laboratories to deal with projects involving dangerous or lethal pathogens.
